Screen printing is one of the real art forms within the print industry. Knowledge and expertise in screen printing sets us apart from our competition. Screen printing is the process of applying ink directly to a materials surface through a silk screen mesh. Images are transposed on to screens before the ink is applied via pressure and a squeegee blade.
Our screen printing department is well equipped with a wide range of equipment and combined with our highly experienced team means there is no project we can’t handle. Screen printing services offered include, boxes, strut cards, posters, shelf strips, wobblers, standees and FSDU’s. We also undertake many screen printed signage projects onto Dibond, wood and plastics.
Screen printing on to Correx for estate agency signs, directional signage, construction site signage and external signage is another area where screen printing proves very effective especially for long runs.
Our large format digital printing capabilities include UV digital direct to substrate printing and roll fed digital printing up to 5m wide.
As well as our in-house large format printing we offer a full range of print finishing including CAD cutting, laminating, plotter cutting, guillotining, varnishing, hemming and eyeleting. Our diversity allows us to offer solutions to even the most complex and bespoke print requests.
