Driving Impact with Print

At Graphic Arts we’re proud to play a role in helping energise brands through the power of print.

That’s why we were excited to partner with Volvo Trucks UK on their recently launched Volvo Involved programme – a free membership scheme designed to give truck operators exclusive access to discounts, offers, and tailored support. This partnership offers the opportunity for us to showcase the value of the Volvo brand through smart, impactful communication.

Our contribution? Supplying the high-quality printed materials that help bring this initiative to life across the UK.

A programme built around customers

Volvo Involved is a strategic move by Volvo to build deeper connections with their customer base, offering savings on parts, accessories, workshop consumables, and services, all while reinforcing their commitment to quality, safety, and uptime. It’s more than just a rewards scheme; it’s a way to deepen and reinforce current relationships and partnerships to support customer retention and loyalty.

With membership available to all Volvo UK truck operators, the programme needed a consistent, reliable supply of printed assets to communicate its value clearly and professionally at every customer touchpoint.

The print campaign focusses on a captive audience, but it still had to send the right messages at the right times. That’s where we came in.

Bringing the brand to life in print

From the beginning, we worked closely with Volvo’s marketing and service teams to deliver a suite of printed materials that would reflect their premium brand and resonate with operators and dealers alike.

This print package included:
– Welcome packs and membership cards
– Dealer posters and point of sale (POS) materials
– Discount vouchers and service reminders
– Printed guides and brochures

Every item was designed and produced to reflect the strength and clarity of Volvo’s brand identity, ensuring that materials delivered visually and functionally – reinforcing trust and encouraging customer engagement.

Collaboration, quality, and consistency

Our production process was shaped by three priorities: quality, speed, and sustainability. Working under tight deadlines, with nationwide distribution in mind, we managed everything from artwork approvals to print finishing and delivery logistics.

We used FSC-certified paper stock and eco-friendly inks, aligning our environmental standards with Volvo’s own long-standing commitment to sustainability. Each piece was subjected to rigorous quality checks, ensuring consistency across regional dealerships and service centres.

Our teams also supported Volvo’s internal rollout for the Volvo Involved Programme, providing sample kits, mock-ups, and quick-turnaround reprints as the campaign evolved.

Part of a bigger picture

The print we’re producing may be small and personal for each customer, but the reach it has over time fulfils an essential role in shaping their individual experience with the programme and with the Volvo brand. Every piece of print in the campaign reinforces their brand values of reliability, care, and innovation. For us, it’s about being a trusted supplier that can deliver precision and value at every stage.
